Alan K. Hattendorf
/We are saddened to announce another loss of a member of the Reading Liederkranz, Alan Hattendorf. Alan passed away this past Thursday March 10th 2022 at his home in South Heidelberg Township. Prior to past few years, Alan was an active Volunteer at the Club and normally managed the cash register at the Outside Kitchen for Club events. His dedication, support and friendship for the Reading Liederkranz will be sorely missed.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at 11:00 AM from St. John’s Reformed Church, 4001 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Rev Jim Bertoti and Rev. Susan Weisman will officiate. Interment with military honors in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sinking Spring. Viewing on Monday, March 14, 2022, from 6-8 PM at the Klee Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., One East Lancaster Ave., Shillington. Masonic service by Teutonia Lodge No. 367 F&AM at 7:45 PM.
