  • As a member, it is your responsibility to validate your membership upon entrance to the Club to the Bartender(s) on duty – even if you may be a long time member.  This practice, along with the signing-in of nonmembers, is not to be an annoyance to you but is a requirement of the PA Liquor Control Board who govern our private club status. Please be prepared to offer your membership card EACH TIME you enter the Club, whether or not you feel the bartender should know you.  Our growing membership makes this practice even more important.  Guests should show a valid driver’s license or state id when signing in.

Members are required to show, or use, their card at the door to gain admittance to the club.

Membership cards must be shown at the request of any officer.

Members MUST insure that their guests are signed in, wearing a “GUEST” badge, and told, by the member, they are not permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Guests MUST leave the premises with the sponsoring member.

Positively no minors are allowed in the clubhouse unless accompanied by a parent or proper guardian.

Annual dues MUST be paid on or before DECEMBER 31st of each year in order to maintain membership in good standing and use of the membership card.

Membership cards do not expire as long as membership is maintained in good standing.
