Help us get the outdoors ready for a big event and Oktoberfest

Rental and Oktoberfest Prep

Saturday, 17 September 2022, 10:00 am until finished.  Lunch is provided.  This will be prep for the big rental on the 18th, and Oktoberfest.

Same thing on Saturday, 24 September 2022, 10:00 am until finished. Lunch is provided.  This will be the final push to get things cleaned up and ready for Oktoberfest.

Both days...please bring work gloves...all else is provided.

Special event - Meet and greet with Alex Meixner!

On September 29th from 6 to 7pm, Reading Liederkranz be hosting a special VIP meet and greet with Alex Meixner, one of our showcase performers for Oktoberfest! Guests will spend an hour with Alex, asking questions and getting a chance to meet him in person. There will be a pretzel and beverage bar as part of the event.

Admission to the VIP event will also include admission to Oktoberfest for Thursday, September 29th.

Tickets are $25 per person and are extremely limited in quantity so we expect them to sell out quickly. Don’t delay if you want to take advantage and participate in this unique event!
