Culinary Tour Buffet - Portugal

Wednesday Night Buffets are back at the Club. Every 3rd Wednesday we will host our Culinary Tour Buffet, an AYCE dinner featuring a country that helped shaped and influenced German culture. Doors open at 5 pm and buffet starts serving around 6 pm.

This month’s menu includes:

  • Caldo Verde Soup

  • Salad and Portuguese Rolls

  • Baccalau codfish fritters

  • Spicy piri piri chicken

  • Lil' Frenchies open faced sandwich

  • Tomato and saffron rice

  • Spanish green beans and almonds

  • Assorted Desserts
