This month we travel to Denmark as part of our Culinary Tour of Europe. The menu will include:
Soup ~mojakka fish soup
Appetizer ~ Smorrebrod open face rye sandwich
Karbonader ~ breaded pork patties
Tartletter ~ Chicken and asparagus in puff pastry crust
Brunede Kartofler ~ caramelized baby potatoes
Burning Love~ mashed potatoes and bacon
Rodkal ~ braised red cabbage with currants
Lima beans with blue cheese
Risalamande ~ rice pudding with cherries and almonds
Assorted Danishes and desserts
Doors open at 5pm with buffet served at 6pm for $23 for members and guests.
