The Bruclear Homebrew Club and Reading Liederkranz invite you to join us for a special 5-course beer pairing dinner. Attendees will be served five plated courses which will include a soup, salad, appetizer, entree and dessert. The head chef will be sampling the brews in advance and crafting each dish to enhance the beer's flavors. With each course, the brewer will briefly describe his beer and answer any questions, and the kitchen will highlight the flavor notes and how it pairs with the beer.

Following the dinner, beer will be unlimited until we kick the kegs. Homebrew members are welcome to bring additional homebrew to share following the dinner. For those who want to grab an alternative beverage, Liederkranz's bar will also be open for soda, wine and beer sales.
