The price is $45 for a member and $55 for guests. Reservations need to be made by January 29th.

Menu for the event:

• Soup: Beer Cheese Soup (with soft pretzel for dipping)

• App: Fried Brussel Sprouts (with a spicy mango balsamic drizzle)

• Salad: Garden Salad with goat cheese, walnuts and blueberry vinaigrette 

• Entree: Coffee rub Short Ribs with mashed potatoes and a vegetable

• Dessert: Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Sauce 

If anyone has any dietary restrictions they need to let us know. (gluten free/vegetarian/dairy).
