Information for Oktoberfest Volunteers
It’s too late to pick up your parking pass before the festival, so when you come, just tell them you are a volunteer and give them your name. They will have your parking pass at the gate.
Volunteers need to visit the volunteer tent before each shift to check in and get your wristbands & meal/drink tickets. The tent will be in the same location as last year, out near the playground. See you then!
Food servers need to wear a hat or hairnet (hairnets are available in the kitchen). Volunteers may also bring an apron from home if desired. Aprons are provided for any cooks.
No one is to be drinking alcohol or be intoxicated while volunteering. Anyone found in this state will be asked to leave and will no longer be able to volunteer in the future.
Please arrive early or on time, to allow time to park and check in.
