Wednesday is our Culinary Tour buffet and this month we’re visiting Greece. We’ll have:

Soup~ Avgolemono

Salad~ Greek Salad with Olives and Feta cheese 

Warm Pita bread

Tzatziki

Moussaka

Pork Souvlaki

Spanakopita

Orzo pasta with tomato and feta

Briam vegetables

Baklava

Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts

Assorted desserts
